Scott Bethel is an accomplished professional with a background in military service, intelligence operations, and leadership. Over the course of a 27-year career in the United States Air Force (USAF), he held roles such as commander, senior intelligence officer, and NATO chief targeteer. Scott Bethel's military service earned him numerous awards, including the Legion of Merit with three oak leaf clusters, the Bronze Star Medal, and the Air Force Combat Action Medal. He holds a master of arts in strategic intelligence from the National Intelligence University, where he graduated with a 4.0 GPA.
After retiring from the Air Force, Mr. Bethel founded Integrity ISR, where he expanded the company from a solo consultancy to a business employing 40 people and generating $5 million in annual revenue. His work in intelligence and security operations led to speaking engagements and publications, including two books and over 20 articles focused on national defense and cybersecurity.
Currently, Mr. Bethel serves as a consultant and educator. He assists companies navigating the difficult process of bidding, contracting, and delivering capabilities to governments in the US and abroad. Mr. Bethel also is President of Hill Country Enterprises, and Oil and Gas Services and production companies where he establishes strategic vision, implements plans, and manages resources and people. Outside of work, Mr. Bethel is involved in his church, plays guitar, and enjoys riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
